I pulled the source down :
wget
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/q/qtemu/qtemu_2.0~alpha1.orig.tar.gz
Added the Qt4 core build components, ran cmake ;
and the produce doesn't build:
/usr/bin/cmake -E cmake_link_script CMakeFiles/qtemu.dir/link.txt --verbose=1
/usr/bin/c++
