Cannot add
Confirmed. and traced down to a packaging change that moved .so files
around to /usr/lib/armhf.../signon, but left
/usr/lib/signon/liboauth2.so in the old place. When symlinking into the
oauth lib into /usr/lib/armhf.../singnon the account creation feature is
re-enabled.
