I figured out how to add the protocols to Opera by default. The
following three lines need to be added to the /etc/opera6rc file.
[Trusted Protocols]
apt=0,0,apturl
apt+http=0,0,apturl

My instructions for Konqueror support is working flawlessly so far, but
I'm having issues with Opera. It's launching apturl as requested, but
nothing happens and I have to manually kill the apturl process. Can
someone look into what apturl is getting hung up on?
