Tested again, closing and re-launching Archive Manager after making a
change to the Toolbar Style on the Settings tab in Appearance. There are
no changes to the icons noticed (Open, Add Files, Extract, etc.)

Are the toolbar style changes applied after restarting the application?
GTK3 applications like Archive Manager might require a restart for
changes to take effect.
