Public bug reported: gmailfs can not be mounted or used by a normal user.
sudo mkdir /mnt/gmailfs sudo chown $USER:$USER /mnt/gmailfs chmod u+w /mnt/gmailfs mount -t gmailfs /mnt/gmailfs -o umask=0022,user,uid=1000,username=user,password=pass,fsname=blahblah (Result: reports error that root is needed) sudo mount -t gmailfs /mnt/gmailfs -o umask=0022,user,uid=1000,username=user,password=pass,fsname=blahblah (Result: still, only root can access the folder at all.
