Public bug reported:

I'm using Feisty (7.04) and am trying to type text in Romanian using
dead-key combinations on the standard US keyboard, via the "Compose" key
(right Window key). Most of the expected combinations work --

Compose + left paren + a => ă
Compose + ^ + a => â
Compose + ^ + i => î
Compose + , + s => ş

-- but Compose+comma+t (which should presumably produce ţ) doesn't do
anything at all.

Any ideas why? What settings should I check, if any?

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
