Hmm I think it works for me in epiphany 2.19.x, could you make a
screenshot of the issue and give the URL that causes the problem?
This may be a launchpad bug rather than a firefox one.

OK, the effect was quite subtle I didn't properly see it before. It's a
problem with launchpad itself rather than firefox and certain text
sizes. See bug 131012
