encountered this and it seems fine now.
I've set this bug to Invalid. If I come across the situation again I will
re-open it with the output you requested.

* run from the command line: /usr/bin/gnome-inhibit-applet
* go to add to panel and add the inhibit applet
the inhibit applet will throw some info in the command line, please
