Public bug reported: Beginning after today's (2014-06-24) update of Ubuntu, scrolling (for example a web page) results in glitches, which look like as if not the entire screen (or window) is redrawn at the same time, so that the upper part of the screen might have scrolled farther than the lower part (or vice versa), and the glitch is the horisontal border between the two parts.
