Works fine on Manta (Nexus 10). :-)
Used mask 700 for directories and 600 for files. chowned to
phablet:phablet.

Today I tested it, I use 'adb shell' to enter shell. I made the dirs in
.config and .local, and set it as duckduckgo as search engine, after that I
change the owner and permission of directory and files.
Then I reboot my Nexus 4, and open browser, input haha at address bar, found

You will need a version ≥ 0.23+14.10.20140630.1-0ubuntu1, which is not
in a promoted image yet (flash your device with `ubuntu-device-flash
Note that image #113 was just promoted to the devel channel, it contains
this functionality, so you can now test by flashing with `ubuntu-device-
flash --channel=devel`.

needs?

to test.
@Olivier: Thanks for the prompt response. So which image version should
I do the test on? 14.04 or 14.10? We are now currently using 14.04
(trusty) image for the OEM customization.
@Yang: will you have a quick try and feedback here the test result?
