Please sync libosip2 4.1.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Use dh-autoreconf instead of autotools-dev to also fix FTBFS on ppc64el by
getting new libtool macros (still updates config.{sub,guess}).
* debian/rules: Fix --with-autotools-dev to --with autotools_dev so it does
something.
Fixed in debian. libexosip2 can be synced after this.
