I'm testing kubuntu 9.04 rc with compiz and i could say that even the
snap windows of the wobbly windows effect is working and the snap
windows effect itself is working too.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 9.04? Thanks in
advance.

This really isn't 'wishlist.' Normal (i.e. most) users do not care what
window manager is running: they turn on desktop effects and find their
keyboard shortcuts don't work. This is a bug.
