Just add icon and desktop (paste them in your email if you like).
Note that that bug report was issued on Sun, 26 Sep 2004, so I won't hold my
hopes that somebody will take care of this there.

Please read the link you gave carefully, icons for .desktop files should be
48x48 and for Debian menu 32x32.
Since the original is 32x32 though and there is no better leave it as is.
I would however crop the color palette to 3 (4 inc. background) colors only.

The desktop file is good.
For the icon:
1. Where is the icon from?
2. It seems to be a paletted 256 colors icon but only 3 colors are actually
used?
3. The icon is 32x32 (should be 48x48).
Can you please check upstream (the package seems to be abandoned in Debian
