First and foremost, I need to confirm: what model are you using? This driver is
for the Fujitsu P-series touchscreen, and the models known to use it are:
Fujitsu Lifebook P1510, P1510D, P1610, Fujitsu FMV-BIBLO LOOX P70R until P70U/V
(I guess), and LG C1 D

Thank you for the response. This patch allows the driver to make install
successfully. However, I am not getting the touchscreen to work. Here are my
steps so far:
Download, patch, and install driver:
sudo apt-get install build-essential
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-dev x11proto
ghee22, please try the included patch with a fresh source. That is,
after extracting xf86-input-fujitouch-0.6.5.tar.bz2, download the
attachment into xf86-input-fujitouch-0.6.5 directory. In that directory,
do the following:
patch -p0 < fujitouch.diff
Then run configure, make, sudo make install
Compiling error on Jaunty 9.04:
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
checking for gawk... no
checking for mawk... mawk
checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
checking whether to enable maintainer-specific portions of Makef
For jaunty onwards, lots of code need to be reworked on Kenan Esau's
driver due to the major API change in xserver from 1.5 to 1.6. Even with
the fix in previous comment, it won't compile.

It doesn't work in Intrepid. X hangs, with garbled output. I resorted to
downgrading to Hardy's xserver-xorg.
