You can trigger this from the command line using only GStreamer's file
info dumper binary. See bug #1348236.
If you follow the directions in that bug and look at resource
utilisation with e.g. htop, the CPU load goes to 200%, allocated memory
shoots up and after a few seconds the inspector

There is another way to trigger this bug:
In the music-app, add an album to the queue and start playing the first song
Tap the slider to fast-forward to the second half of the song,
There is another bug here that it won't fast forward but will skip to next song
See memory usage of media-hub-server
Sorry, I meant 141 not 144. :)

Title:
media-hub-server uses all system's memory
** Description changed:
Mako utopic build #143
- When playing an album with the mediaplayer and leaving the device alone,
+ When playing an album with the music-app and leaving the device alone,
at some point it stops playing and the device dies out of memory.
With top running, the
Image 143 autosynced GStreamer v1.4.x...this is mostly likely the cause
of this issue.

For me:
Top shows that bot media hub and pulse audio hit 20-25% cpu and memory got up
to 22767 which is about 10% and started at around 22328
I was 9 tracks in at the time. Not stopping no crashing.
