* Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- pyste: drop dependencies on python-celementtree | python-elementtree.
- GCCXMLParser.py: Use ElementTree from the python2.5 standard library.
- Set Ubuntu maintainer address.

Diff looks fine, except for the changing of python2.5-dev build dep to
python2.4-dev.
Approved UVF exception if all reverse build deps in main still build
with that version and above b-dep check is either fixed or verified to
be actually correct (NB the removal of python-elementtree dependencies,

Some of the bugs are marked as showstoppers (e.g. serious memory leak in
iostreams, gcc-4.2 related problems).

As the boost libraries also contain the version in the package name, upgrading
boost will force to rebuild all packages depending on boost libraries.
Ubuntu is also now in upstream version freeze (UVF), which means one needs to
get an exception to include this new upstream version in gutsy now.
