I noticed that there was a preconfigured rule for bonjour in GUFW. So I requested it (it then allowed 5353udp 5298all, on In) I was able to add a printer use it. Interestingly, my desktop does not have these 'allowed' but printing is still OK. Anyway, I've added this preconfigured rule to my
