Yea, now there is a parted bug:

Did another debootstrap, and there are no warnings from debootstrap with
utopic now. The jenkins job looks like is failing to partition things?!

Today's power test does not show any improvement but i see /pool/main/i
/init-system-helpers/init-system-helpers_1.20ubuntu3_all.deb in the list
of the server iso. (20140731)

Looking at the log:

init package is still installed, even though it shouldn't be any more.
(It's not essential and priority optional now)

And just for information, hitting 'Continue' on the warning dialog made
