Thanks for testing, I'm glad it fixed your panel sizing issues.
Two things -- TV out is a bit of a misnomer. It means the
SVideo/analog style TVout connectors, which as I'm led to believe, the
XPS 1330 doesn't have.
The HDMI protocol is very similar to DVI, and as such would be

This deb worked for me. I installed it and ran 'dpkg-reconfigure
xserver-xorg', started gdm, and I got the native resolution 1280 x 800,
which I had not been able to get before.

Installing Gutsy 9/21 image displays taskbars extended to the end of the
