I've installed 12.04.2 via USB on 201202-10508, and update the system to
the latest 3.5 kernel (the Ethernet controller needs to be update, see
bug 927782), the Ethernet connection seems working well, 'sudo apt-get
update' command works like charm
I'll verify it with 13.10 later.
