Public bug reported:
Calibre version 2.0.0 is out using now qt5. Unfortunately it is still
not using the appmenu as other qt(5)-apps, although the menu is created
using QMenuBar, and should work
appmenu-qt5 is installed on my system.
I'm running 14.04
