Public bug reported:

libqt4-ruby and qt4-qtruby have a bug in feisty which makes it
impossible to develop Qt-applications in Ruby because you need both
packages but just one can be installed at the same time because of this
bug. In Gutsy it's already fixed. Can this be backported to Feisty?
