I discussed approach to the numerous packages (17) we'll want to include
in main to support Horizon with jdstrand - we agreed that the preferred
approach is to use the embedded code in each xstatic upstream, rather
than the individual libjs-XXX packages that may be used.

I think the issue is other python-xstatic-* packages and having dependencies
that are not yet in main (e.g. libjs-angularjs). We need to work it out on our
end.

Its a new build dependency for horizon. They have stripped out the
javascript that was included in horizon and split it out into new
dependencies.
