Please confirm that your BIOS battery is not the problem. This is a typical BIOS battery issue after power off or sometimes after reboot, the system's time may be incorrect. The EASIEST way, is to replace the CMOS battery, which is just about $2USD. If the clock problem is no longer an issue,
