This appears to be the same systemd-shim race condition as bug 1365095
that prevents some DBus commands from working. Marked as dup.

Note that the crash never had anything to do with the HERE packages -
it's just that the version of system-settings that causes this issue was
also in the HERE silo.

No idea at all, but since the wizard has nothing to do with the SIM
unlock, wonder if the wizard crash we got from the HERE bits is causing
this? mterry has a patch for that.

Ken, Mike, Jonas, do you have any clue why the settings update could
create that issue on krillin? Could it be due to something the wizard is
doing?
