Public bug reported:
In Ubuntu Touch during first time setup, the timezone defaults to UTC.
Even when the carrier network and internet is available, the timezone
does not automatically change to the current timezone. I have to
manually change the timezone.
Funnily, the setting says it's set to Automatic.
