Accepted flash-kernel into trusty-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/flash-
kernel/3.0~rc.4ubuntu49.4 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.

properly initialize hardware. pci=firmware needs to be passed to stop the
kernel from reinitializing PCI resources, and
rio-scan.static_enum=1/rio-scan.scan=0 need to be specified
