Title:
MTP can access locked
Let's be clear, if I follow the steps exactly as they wer written in the bug
description:
1) Ensure device is locked with PIN/passphrase and showing locked greeter
2) Insert USB cable and try to access device content over MTP - No content is
displayed as expected
3) Reboot device, leaving USB
I can reproduce this on r166 on both mac and ubuntu without rebooting
the phone

We're unable to reproduce this; and while it's possible that it's
related to the use of USB 3.0 vs. USB 2.0 on the host, that would make
it a host / driver / hardware issue rather than a bug in MTP.
I'm marking this as Incomplete for now, to be brought back to New should
we figure out how to

Ah, this is probably an issue with what values the greeter stuff might
default to if the greeter isn't available. Should be a simple fix.

I re-tested this on a fresh install. In this case it takes 2 reboots of
the device at the locked greeter screen to show this problem. It is
still possible to access device data over MTP without unlocking the
device.
