Accepted rng-tools into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rng-
tools/4-0ubuntu2.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

I've noticed that on cpu's that support rdrand feature rng-tools daemon
is not starting. On closer inspection it appears to be a bug in the init
script, which only checks for kernel devices, but doesn't check for cpu
features to provide random number source.
