Update: tried it again on krillin 15.10 (r253) and there is a popup
message telling me Call holiding failure - failed to place the active
call on hold. I am not sure but does it mean my service provider
doesn't support placing calls on hold? Needs some investigating.

I updated the description. However, I was wondering if I have to be
subscribed to something specific with my service provider to be able
putting calls on hold. Both SIM cards are Pay-as-you-Go.

Steps to reproduce:
- 1. create a call

works fine for me, have tested multiple times on krillin and have not
got it to fail yet.
Can someone describe exactly what doesn't work when the failure occurs?
Do icons change? Does status say call on hold, etc
