Except Calculator i don't see why Lybniz should be sorted inside
Accessories. Lybniz is a simple graph
unless there is a policy document saying otherwise it should probably be
in the same category as similar packages. Kmplot just shows in
education.
(though to a scientist/engineer it might seem to be a simple utility
much like calculator)

May I ask how you determined that its for education use? So far as I've
looked on the homepage, and in the description, there is no mention of
educational use.
