In Totem, go to Help->Report a problem. Totem gathers information an, in my case, starts Firefox with the URL file:///home/bheinsius/%22https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/totem/+filebug/uulJNQMg7NdpQb6byhQLAHzQRBb?%22 , which obviously is incorrect. Running Feisty with all updates applied.
