Hello, I doubt it is a upstream problem. I'm also runnen OpenSUSE 103
beta3 (amd64/KDE), also running kde 3.5.7, and this behaviour doesn't
happen there. I attach a diff between gutsy's hcid.conf and openSUSE's
hcid.conf
** Attachment added: difference between gutsy and opensuse hcid.conf
I have the same problem. Kubuntu Gutsy up-to-date, kdebluetooth version
the same. I've attached my hcid.conf. In this file the setting
security was set to user. I've tried with auto, but that didn't
help.
** Attachment added: hcif configuration file
I apologize, my first Ubuntu bug report and I forgot the vital
information :)
Kubuntu Version: 7.10 development with all updates current to this posting
kdebluetooth Version: 1.0~beta6~r709825-0ubuntu1
Thanks
