The Ubuntu error reporting program directed me here. In my case I think
the error comes from my computer's motherboard having UEFI but not
secure boot. It made me go through some hoops I don't remember when
installing. Definitely not fixable by using bootrepair, though. Since
then I always get
I have had this problem with this library (and it's predecessors) since
I installed GrubCustomiser, first occurred using Trusty, persists with
Utopic.
