Public bug reported:
Moving windows (e.g `gnome-terminal` or `gnome-system-monitor`) with
mouse dragging sometimes causes the window to jump to the desktop (I
have 4) below the current (where the move action takes place) and its
title bar then to be placed right under the man title bar of the compiz
desktop (the one which switches to the title bar of the current active
window). It is then unmovable.
