Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox
When loading firefox, instead of a familiar firefox interface all I get is a yellow window saying: <window id="main-window" ^ <menuitem id="menu_HelpPopup_reportertoolmenu" ----^ <menuitem id="menu_HelpPopup_reportPhishingtoolmenu" ----^ <menu id="helpMenu" ----^ Now, I thought this is the typical corrupt firefox profile thingy, as I upgraded from Feisty (although with a clean installation, but with an untouched /home partition). So I moved .mozilla out of the way and guess what... still happens!!! Now, I restored my firefox profile and tried to run a binary distribution of firefox that I got from getfirefox.com... and it works just fine. So there is something fishy going on about gutsy's firefox. Console error message (that not always appears): [Exception...
