This seems a bit similar to LP #1333564, but this time the .pot is
apparently up to date in trunk...
For example, the "4 digits only" string from "wizard/qml/Pages/30
-passwd-type.qml" is marked as translatable and appears in the .pot,
however it is not translatable on Launchpad.
According to bzr blame, this particular string was introduced in the
trunk .pot on 2014-10-23. Something must be wrong somewhere (project
configuration on LP?)
