Use case:
Under KDE, I have a pair of USB speakers plugged into my laptop, playing
music through ALSA from XMMS.
I plug my skype headset in to have a conversation.
The USB speakers die, and I have to reboot dbus to get them back up.
What application does this bug belong to?
