To ma
Discussed with Adam that upgrade testing can happen after the package
has been uploaded to xenial-proposed, so that this doesn't need to block
the official builds, and can happen in parallel with the autopkgtest
testing.
So this just needs a blocking bug opened, to be closed only once the
upgrade
