According to the Bugzilla bug report, this should be fixed in the 2.0.6
release. Can you install the 2.2.1 release from Linux Ubuntu Gutsy or
Feisty backports and confirm if this bug is still there?

I've applied the patch in comment 5
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335101#c5) to current version
running in ubuntu and can confirm the problem is fixed by this patch.
