I'm not thing so. VMware image will change hardware with the virtual. If
the crashed utopic image is running without problems on VMware player
this will be proof that utopic have problems with my hardware. I think
that utopic is runing on VMware or virtualBox ?

Stanimir, you may want to simply overwrite just your Utopic partition
with Trusty (preserving your Windows partition) so that you may continue
dual booting.
Having a VMware image wouldn't be helpful here, as the issue is hardware
dependent, and the hardware changes from the OSes perspective going
Or to format this HDD install Trusty and try to upgrade to Utopic again?
I can try to make VMWare image from this crashed ubuntu too.

Saucy next upgrade to Trusty Tar and after upgrade to Utopic problems
begin :)

Ok I will try to install 3.19 kernel but I`m not sure that this is
kernel issue ?? the problem begin with the kernel panic but I have
ability to boot into Ubuntu after restart first restart kernel panic

I cant load ubuntu GUI any more.. I can`t run and halt Ubuntu with Power
button. I have try this command from root console but the file system is
read only here and /tmp folder error appear. I have two OS on my laptop
