Public bug reported:
invoking `electrum` on console causes a wizard dialog to be displayed.
When "next" is selected in the wizard dialog the same page is displayed
three times regardless of which option has been chosen. After that the
program fails with a dialog containing the message "no seed". There's no
output to console and no use for the program.
