Asac, I worked on this and fixed the 3 problems you found :
1. Done
2. It was in the iceowl-extension-locales package because it was designed for
icedove 1.5, it's not needed anymore in Gutsy so I just removed the
transitionnal package section from the script.
3. I added a detailed ReadMe becaus
Saïvann, the language pack looks good. I have a few things I would like
to see improved though.
1. thighten the versioned depends. atm you have <= 0.6 which is wrong. Use <<
0.5.1 please.
2. Please clarify the thunderbird transitional packages. Why are those needed?

I created a lightning-extension-locales package which gives language
support for lightning-extension based on concept of the language packs
for Thunderbird ( language pack addons ). I think that it would be
important to bring that language support to Lightning and that these
packages can't affect
