I can confirm that xinerama and compiz does not work together.
I am testing twinview and it "works" the decorator on the second screen
is not really working though it seems that the decorator gets removed
but is visible on screen "0".

This is a bug in displayconfig-gtk. You need to use TwinView, not
Xinerama. Try nvidia-settings.

Nvidia FX5200 and I'm using xinerama because thats what displayconfig-gtk set.
Attached is my xorg.conf
I modified some of it from what displayconfig-gtk created to fix the wrong
resolutions it set.
