[Bug 1409143] [NEW] tgt does not force delete iscsi connections

Public bug reported: Similar to 1305343 I still have the issue that I_T nexus connections are not cleaned up, although I disconnected the initiator sessions and removed the node: ~# uname -r 3.13.0-39-generic ~# lsb_release -r Release:14.04 ~# tgt-admin -v --force --delete
