So it really belongs in upstream's bug tracker or some kind of
communication upstream, not here. If you want to see this done, you
should speak to upstream.

In the meantime, as Allan points out, you can install this on Ubuntu
using sudo apt-get install python-bs4. If instead you want to use pip,
then you need to speak to upstream since they would be the ones to push
to PyPI.

I am running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Try:
sudo apt-get python-bs4
The web page http://www.crummy.com/software/BeautifulSoup/ incorrectly
claims that the Ubuntu package is python-beautifulsoup4.
