I have begun setting this up for real via a dedicated official PPA just
for SILE. It's currently available here: https://launchpad.net/~sile-
typesetter/+archive/ubuntu/sile
At the moment only Bionic is targeted, and the current build is the
previous major version. I'm working on getting it up to
