Public bug reported: When trying to install the 2015-01-28 Alternate image for Lubuntu Vivid, the installation fails on the step "Load installer components from CD"
To get the error, I download the image http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/326/builds/88368/downloads http://people.ubuntu.com/~larsnooden/Hw/macbookpro.lshw.html and put it on a USB stick with dd. Then I power up the machine holding ALT and getting the choice of boot media.
