Two things about this bug:
a) I understand that this bug severity is much higher than 'Medium' as
it is set. Can it be changed to 'high'?
b) Also, can we include the patch included at comment #10? It seems to
be accepted and should appear upstream soon.

It will fail to boot, showing B200A101 reference code on the HMC.
Without vTPM, the lpar boots up just fine.
