Public bug reported:
The bug is that if you just install kgraphviewer then whenever you try
to open or create a graph you get the error "Could not find the
KGraphViewer part."
I looked into the problem, and the cause is that there is a missing file
that is included in the lib package or dev package instead of the main
package.
The line:
usr/lib/kde4/kgraphviewerpart.so
Needs to be moved from kgraphviewer-dev.install to kgraphviewer.install
Also there should be a postinst script to call kbuildsycoca4 to refresh
the kde plugins so that the kgraphviewpart plugin which be recognized.
